1. Can you take more than 8 passengers?
A. Wirral No.1 Airlink can provide multiple taxis for more passengers. But each taxi only holds upto 8 passengers in each vehicle.
 
2. Do you accept card payments?
A. Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with card machines to accept all major debit or credit card.
 
3. What vehicles do you have?
A. Our fleet consists of Minibuses, Saloon cars and Estate vehicles to suit all travel aspects.
 
4. Do you provide baby seats or child booster seats?
At Wirral No.1 Airlink we don’t provide baby/child seats, but we can store your seats securely and bring back on your return journey.
 
5. Do you have space for a mobility scooter?
A.Yes, we can provide a vehicle that can cater for a mobility scooter and all your luggage.
 
6. Can you do multiple pick ups / drop offs?
A.Yes, we can provide a service that suits you and the other passengers.
 
7. Do you have isofix?
A. Yes, but please ask on your booking for a isofix vehicle.
 
8. How far in advance do I need to book my airport transfer?
A. We have a large fleet of vehicles available and can normally accommodate last-minute bookings. However, if it is essential that you have a car available to take you to or from the airport, we would recommend that you book us early, ideally as soon as you know you’re making the flight. This means we can book you into our system and guarantee a car either at your door or waiting for you at Arrivals.
 
9. What if the flight is delayed or early?
A. We track all flights and we adapt accordingly so there is always a driver at the airport to meet you.
 
10. What areas do you cover?
A. We cover all Wirral and surrounding areas.
